At 140°F max heat, expect about 119 minutes per pair. At the mid 122°F setting, plan on roughly 3-4 hours. At the lowest 104°F setting most users report 5-6 hours of continuous warmth — long enough for a full all-day sit on a low setting.

The side button is a full manual fallback. Press to cycle through the three temperature settings and to power off. The APP adds independent left/right control and timer presets, but every core function works without it.
